Sales Executive – Mahindra

Purpose:
Develop and increase sales business by targeting suitable clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify sales opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain long client relationships with new existing businesses.
  3. Meet profit target and ensure a sustainable growth.
  4. Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality services required by customers are delivered.
  5. Ensure that prospects are well managed and maintained throughout their life span.
  6. Ensure that all procedures and documentation pertaining to any sales are duly completed.
  7. Maintain an awareness of local market competition conditions and industry trends.
  8. Visit prospects for unit sales.
  9. Answer all phone calls and give out information as dictated by policy/procedure.
  10. Track what prospects are saying about us and follow up after they have visited Simba Corp.
  11. Shop competition through phone calls and visit on a regular basis.
  12. Communicate to prospects in person, over the phone and/or in writing the available units, service available, and terms of lease.
  13. Assist with the composition of newspaper advertisements.
  14. Compile and update listings of prospects.
  15. Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or another related course.

 

Experience

  • At least 3 years’ of experience in automotive sales experience. 

 

Skills

  • Exceptional negotiation skills 
  • Persuasive and persistent salesperson. 
  • Good communication, networking and interpersonal skills. 
  • Computer literacy-MS Office. 
  • Valid Driving License
